Bprotein website (“Website”) is solely for consumers interested in purchasing our products (“Products”). The terms and conditions governing the sale of Products on this Website are outlined below. 2. PLACING YOUR ORDER

2.4. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Products under these terms and conditions. Bprotein reserves the right to accept, reject, or reduce the quantity of Products at our discretion. Once submitted, orders are binding and cannot be canceled or amended.

2.5. If your order is accepted, Bprotein will confirm by issuing an order confirmation, which will be sent to you via email. This confirmation will be effective as of the date it is sent. If we are unable to accept your order, we will make efforts to contact you via email, telephone, or post.

2.6. Please be aware that the colors, designs, and products displayed on the Website may differ from the actual appearance or size of the Products. In some cases, alternative sizes may be dispatched to fulfill the ordered quantity if stock levels vary.

3. SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

Subject to these terms and conditions, Bprotein will supply the Products indicated on your order confirmation.

4. PRICES

4.1 All prices are listed in GBP (British pound sterling). The prices displayed on this Website at the time of order submission shall apply to your purchase. These prices include VAT where applicable but may exclude shipping costs, which are your responsibility. Shipping costs will be calculated separately and added to the total price indicated on the order form. The total amount payable by you, inclusive of shipping, will be stated on the order form.

4.2 If a product is mistakenly underpriced, we reserve the right not to supply the product at the stated price, provided we notify you before dispatch. In such cases, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund for any payment made for that product, in accordance with our return and refund policy.

4.3 Delivery costs, if applicable, are your responsibility and will be specified on your order confirmation.

5. PAYING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

5.1 You can pay for your Products using the payment methods available at the Website checkout.

5.2 Payment must be made in the currency indicated on your invoice.

5.3 If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you must provide your card details when placing your order. Bprotein will only supply the Products or perform services after your card issuer has authorized the payment. If authorization is not received, we will notify you accordingly.

6. DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS

6.1 Bprotein will deliver the Products to the delivery address specified in your order form and in accordance with the chosen delivery option. If you order multiple Products to be delivered to different addresses, separate order forms are required for each delivery address. Any delivery or shipment dates provided by Bprotein are estimates, and Bprotein shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses resulting from failure to deliver within these estimated dates. If any ordered Products are out of stock, the entire order may be delayed. In such cases, an estimated delay will be communicated via email or post, but delivery will occur within thirty (30) days from the date indicated on the order confirmation by Bprotein.

6.2 Title to and risk of loss in the Products will transfer to you upon delivery.

6.3 After delivering the Products to the carrier, Bprotein will send you a shipment confirmation via email if you have provided an email address on the order form, or by post.

7. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

7.1. You have the option to return the Product to Bprotein or cancel the entitlement to services and receive a refund of the price of the returned Product, provided that you contact us within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the goods are delivered, as long as the product has not been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

You will be responsible for the cost of returns, and the refund will include the full value paid for the product.

If a product is part of a product combination (bundle) where other products are offered for free or at a discount compared to their normal price, Bprotein may request the return of the bundled product with the purchased product. Bprotein reserves the right to invoice for any free or discounted bundled product not returned as requested.

7.1.1. If a Product was supplied in error, is incomplete, or faulty, and you believe you are entitled to a replacement or repair, please contact Bprotein via [email protected].

7.1.2. If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing it, you may return the Product(s) or entitlement to Service to us for a refund, provided:

You inform Bprotein within fourteen (14) working days from the day after the goods are delivered; and You have proof of purchase (i.e., order number / identification) Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession, you are responsible for ensuring they are kept safe and secure.

7.2. Steps to Follow to Claim a Refund:

Before returning any Product(s), it is helpful to ensure that you have:

Used appropriate packaging;
Clearly displayed the returns address;
Sealed the packaging securely.
Following these steps will help ensure the Product(s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition in a timely fashion.

8.1. These terms and conditions outline our full obligations and liabilities regarding the supply of Products (including telephone support and warranty services) and the performance of any Services.

8.2. Except as expressly stated in the contract, there are no warranties, conditions, or other terms binding on Bprotein regarding the supply of Products.

8.3. Any warranty, condition, or other term that may be implied into the contract by statute, common law, or otherwise, including terms related to quality, fitness for purpose, or reasonable care and skill, is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bprotein will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.

8.4. Nothing in the contract shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of obligations implied by applicable compulsory national laws, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.5. WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME, PROFITS, CONTRACTS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM TORT, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. BPROTEIN'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THE CONTRACT, WHETHER IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE BY YOU TO BPROTEIN FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AND/OR SERVICES IN QUESTION.

8.6. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or your right to return the Products.

10.1. As a registered customer, you can access your transaction records by entering your Web Order Number(s) to check the status of your order(s) and review the order content.

11. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

Bprotein will exert every effort to fulfill its obligations under the contract. However, it cannot be held liable for delays or failure to perform if such delays or failures are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, we will endeavor to fulfill our obligations as promptly as possible.

12. GENERAL

12.1. The failure of Bprotein or yourself to enforce any term of the contract does not constitute a waiver of that term. Such failure does not diminish the right to enforce that term at a later time.

12.2. If any provision of the contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
